Shipping Information

We offer two different delivery options within Singapore:

• Courier Service Delivery (With tracking number)

Highly recommended to opt for this! Parcel will be delivered to your door step by local postal carrier. Free courier delivery for orders over $80 (SGD). You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email, remember to check your inbox, even the spam inbox!

• Self Collection

Self Collection is held at  45 Jln Pemimpin #09-05B S577197. (4 minute walk from Marymount MRT station, Exit B). You will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready to be picked up, please let us know your preferred pick up date in advance.

**Important: Any order with Backorder items will take 3-4 weeks to ship (depending on est. date of arrival stated on backorder product page).   

Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics or bad weather. If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

International orders over $250 (SGD) to the Rest of the World will receive free standard shipping.

All international orders may be subjected to additional customs fees upon delivery, depending on the country. While we try our very best to keep international shipping costs low, your country’s import fees are out of our control, Sorry!
